Professional move-in/move-out and turnover cleaning services.

• Standard Cleaning (Move-In / Move-Out): Kitchen: Clean countertops, exterior of cabinets, sink, and stovetop. Wipe down appliances. Sweep and mop the floor.
  Bathrooms: Clean and sanitize toilet, sink, shower/tub, and mirror. Sweep and mop floor.
  Bedrooms/Living Areas: Dust all surfaces, wipe down doors and baseboards. Vacuum or sweep and mop floors.
• Deep Cleaning (Additional Fee): Includes all Standard Cleaning services plus:
  Kitchen: Clean interior of cabinets and appliances (oven, refrigerator).
  Bathrooms: Scrub grout, deep clean shower/tub.
  Bedrooms/Living Areas: Interior window cleaning, detailed baseboard cleaning.
• Airbnb & Short-Term Turnover Cleaning: Turnover cleaning between guests; linens and restock options available.
• Warehouse & Storage Cleaning: Sweep/vacuum, dust/wipe shelves and surfaces, cobweb removal, and light organization as requested.

Compassionate and professional estate cleanout services for families in transition.

• Specialized Relocation: We carefully pack and transport family heirlooms and furniture to different locations or storage units. We handle your loved ones' belongings with the utmost respect and sensitivity.
• Total Property Clean Out: Once the "keep" items are moved, we handle the rest. We sort, haul, and dispose to local charities and ensure responsible recycling for electronics and appliances.
• Market Ready Deep Clean: We don't just leave a house empty; we leave it sparkling. Our cleaning team performs a full move-out deep clean, ensuring the home is ready for real estate photography, showcasing, or new tenants.
• Additional Services: Airbnb & short-term turnover cleaning, warehouse & storage cleaning, and customized cleaning plans to meet your specific needs.

🗑️ Junk Removal

Declutter your space with fast, responsible junk removal.

• Decluttering & Junk Removal: We sort (as requested), lift, load, and haul away unwanted items.
• Responsible Disposal: Items are taken to authorized dump or recycling facilities when possible. Additional fees may apply for items that require special handling. Example: Electronics, TVs, appliances, etc.
• Donation: Usable items are donated to local charities when possible.

💳 Services & Pricing

Free Estimate: The Company offers a free estimate for all services. The final price will be agreed upon and documented before work begins.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before services commence (Zelle, Apple Pay, or check). No cash. Remaining 50% due upon completion.

Rates

• Full-Service Relocation: Bundled estimate (moving + cleaning; add-ons available).
• Move In/Out & Junk Removal: Flat fee (included in your estimate).
• Cleaning Services: Hourly rate based on number of movers assigned:
• 2 Movers: $100 per hour
• 3 Movers: $120 per hour
• 4 Movers: $140 per hour
• Packing Services: Additional fee (hourly or flat). Materials charged separately. Packing begins at least two days prior to the scheduled move.
